Dear Team Webber.
I saw on the net that there is a 2010 mini helmet version. I am interested in purchasing both, but would like to know if there is a significant difference between 2010 and 2011 helmet? if not then ill just purchase this item.

Hi there – as far as we know there has only ever been a 2011 scale Mark Webber helmet produced, so the mini helmets advertised as 2010 must be labelled incorrectly.

Hi Victor – really glad to hear that you are pleased with your Limited Edition helmet, what a nice gift! They don’t come with authenticity certificates; instead we’ve etched the details, including your item number, on the base. If you want anything further than that, ask whoever bought it for you to keep their receipt as the fact that it has come from the markwebber.com shop is solid proof in our books!

Brilliant, just got mine on Friday. I dare say they are almost sold out as mine was 46/50. Must be going real quick in any case. Very well packaged and the attention to detail is excellent, even has a helmet strap inside for anyone small enough to wear it. Good stuff. Very Happy. Still waiting on my free cap an t-shirt admin. ha haaa.

They are sent by Parcelforce from Europe and I understand the estimated delivery time is 9 days. Obviously with the Christmas rush they will be very busy, but at this stage will still arrive into Australia before Christmas.

Hi Sally – when the orders have been processed we’ll send out an individual message with a tracking number to every customer. The Limited Edition helmets are due to leave Europe today for Australia and we are told the estimated delivery time is 9 days, so should get there well in time for Christmas.

Had the same issues as Neal – I just found out all about some dude in Japan! I too would love an (unsigned) helmet, but not comfortable to order here in case my details pre-populate to someone else(I like my identity – I’d like to keep it!). Do you have an alternative way to order? Please advise.

Hi There – I am told that the tech issues were caused by the sheer number of visitors to the shop but the site has been reinforced and the issues are now resolved.

Also cleared my browser cache and tried in an alternative browser. This time I got someone else’s details pre filled in. Very strange.
How many of the non signed helmets are available? Really keen to get one but hesitant to order it at the moment due to this issue.

Hi, everytime I try and order the 1:2 helmet I get someone else’s details already listed in the shopping cart.
I really want to order it but I’m a bit unsure on putting my details in when I can already see someone else’s order…
Are you still experiencing the caching/website issues mentioned above?

Hi, website is back… great! But unfortunetly, I can’t change the currency. It is shown only Australian Dollar, even though I change the shipping to United Kingdom.

The currency will always be in Australian Dollars no matter where the shipping country is – this can’t be changed I’m afraid. The best thing to do is check the rates on a currency conversion site like XE.com. The helmets do ship from Europe and shipping is free globally.

The caching issues that you may have been experiencing when ordering from the Shop have now been resolved – if you still see things incorrectly, clear your browser cache and restart your browser and that should do the trick.
